What best defines a good diver is their buoyancy control. And it is useful in all types of dive situations: swimming inside tunnels without getting stuck, kicking along the bottom without stirring the sand, avoiding damaging corals, and getting close to the aquatic life and taking the most amazing pictures.
The training consists of 2 dives, which will be conducted at the dive sites of El Nido. Under the guidance of your instructor, you will learn how to breath more efficiently to control your buoyancy, how to trim your body, what kick to use for different diving conditions, how to hover effortlessly in any position and how to estimate the amount of weight you need.
