Learn to look beyond yourself and consider the safety and well-being of other divers.
During three days under the supervision of your expert PADI Instructor you will learn how to deal with dive-related emergency situations.
You will practice self-rescue, recognizing and managing stress, rescuing unresponsive divers, etc. Your PADI Instructor will assist you in developing your theoretical knowledge and ensure you complete all simulated rescue scenarios. All the practice and study together help increase your confidence, and the confidence of the ones who dive with you once they know you are a certified PADI Rescue Diver.
Upon certification you will be a PADI Rescue Diver, ready to help others and yourself. As a prerequisite for the course, you should have completed your Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (EFR) training within the last 24 months.
