The following two dives are mandatory :‍

Deep Dive

‍Explore depths up to -30m and learn to manage the physiological effects of depth, narcosis, and increased air consumption.

Buoyancy Control

‍Refine your neutral buoyancy control to move with precision and elegance while preserving corals and marine life.

Then choose 3 adventure dives from the following specialties:

Enriched Air (Nitrox)‍

Learn to use an oxygen-enriched gas mixture to extend your dive times and reduce fatigue.

Project AWARE‍

Commit to ocean protection and discover how every diver can contribute to global marine conservation.

AWARE Coral Reef Conservation‍

Actively participate in coral reef assessment and protection while developing your underwater observation skills.

Emergency Oxygen Administration‍

Learn to administer oxygen to an injured diver — a valuable and potentially life-saving skill for the entire diving community.
