Divemaster Course: become a professional in the heart of one of the world's most beautiful diving sites

The PADI Divemaster course at Aquanaut is structured as a truly immersive internship lasting approximately 30 days. It begins with a comprehensive theoretical phase — covering equipment maintenance, dive center operations, physics, and physiology — before gradually immersing you in the school's daily operations.

Your instructor will guide you step-by-step until you master the art of diving in all its dimensions. Through daily excursions, you will assist professional divers — Instructors and Divemasters — and gain confidence with each dive. When you feel ready, it will be your turn to take the lead and introduce your first clients to the beauty of Bacuit Bay's underwater world.

Your internship location is Bacuit Bay itself. You'll enjoy unlimited dives at its many exceptional sites, traditional meals on board the boat, and breaks on paradise-like beaches. It is more fun in the Philippines — and at Aquanaut, you'll quickly understand why.

Once certified, the doors to the aquatic world open up to you everywhere: dive guide, underwater trekking professional, role model for the divers you'll supervise. And if your schedule doesn't allow for a 30-day internship all at once, no worries — the program can be adapted to your needs and calendar.

Important: To access this course, you must hold a PADI Rescue Diver certification (or equivalent) and an EFR Primary & Secondary Care certification issued within the last 24 months, present a medical certificate less than 12 months old, and demonstrate at least 40 logged dives. If you haven't yet reached this level, join us on our daily excursions to complete your experience — we'll take care of the rest.
